Fakultät für Chemie und Pharmazie

Reading rooms of the specialist library for chemistry and pharmacy reopened

Munich, Aug 28, 2020

The specialist library for chemistry and pharmacy has reopened its reading rooms on Monday, August 17, 2020 and offers a limited number of workstations in compliance with the currently applicable strict safety and hygiene rules.

After the specialist library had opened its doors since Monday, May 4th, 2020 initially exclusively for the purpose of lending and returning books, it is now fully usable again Mon - Fri from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Books can again be taken from the shelf and borrowed without prior ordering via the online catalog. Access to the copier and the book scanner is also possible again.

The number of working places is limited. It is therefore necessary to make a reservation in advance using the online tool linked below. Two time slots from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. are available for reservation. There are also two different allotments for reservations: one exclusively for faculty members and one for LMU members from all faculties. Using the linked room plans, you can find out beforehand which workstation is where. We have put together the most important information about booking jobs in another link below.

We ask that you observe and adhere to the protection and hygiene rules:
